Intro to Basic Caving - $100.00

Come explore the rooms of the cave with UGA Outdoor Recreation! We will be exploring Tumbling Rock in Scottsboro, Alabama. No experience necessary--get ready to get muddy!

Transportation, fees, group gear (tents, stoves, water jugs, etc), and all food except when we are traveling in the van will be provided. You will be responsible for providing Personal Clothing, Toiletries, Bowl/Eating Utensil, Sleeping Bag, and Sleeping Pad. If you do not have your own gear you may rent these items from the Outdoor Rec Center.

Departs from Ramsey Student Center at 8AM Saturday, returns 8PM, Sunday. (times are approximate)
MANDATORY pre-trip meeting Tuesday, Ocober 30th from 6-8PM. Location Ramsey classroom 213.

COST:
$80: currently registered UGA students
$90: UGA Faculty/Staff who are current Ramsey members
$100: Affiliates
SIGN-UP DEADLINE:
Fiday, October 26th at 12PM.
Sign up online or in-person at the Recreational Sports Main Office, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday-Friday. Clinics and trip fill on a first-come, first-served basis and waiting lists will be kept. There is a 8 person limit to this caving trip.

PLEASE NOTE:
1 DINNER IS INCLUDED ON THIS TRIP. Your trip leader will cover suggested food, clothing, and any other items in a pre-trip email or during your pre-trip meeting.
